Welcome to Globe Treks Tours and Cruises.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding your travel arrangements.

 

1. Meals and Alcohol

All meals are included as part of your travel package. However, please note that the cost of alcoholic beverages is the responsibility of the guest. The only exception to this is our complimentary on-board happy hour on our luxury coaches, where select alcoholic beverages will be provided at no additional charge.

Cruises- While many cruise lines now offer free alcoholic beverages included in their cruise packages, any additional drink charges are the responsibility of the guest. Please check to see what is included in your cruise fare at the time of your booking.

 

2. Baggage Handling

Baggage handling is included in your travel package, but it does not always cover additional fees that may arise from airline luggage fees or any other related charges. Please check at the time of your booking to see if you will be responsible for any such fees that may incur during your travels. 

 

3. Gratuities

Gratuities for most services are covered as part of your package. However, tips for your drivers and tour managers are not included. We kindly request that you consider tipping your driver and tour manager in appreciation of their service and dedication to making your travel experience exceptional.

 

4. Car Service
Our door to door car service is included for most guests. However, this may exclude some guests depending on their distance from our designated pick-up locations. Please confirm your eligibility for this service when booking. 

We will pay up to $100 for ride reimbursement to guests who use their own car service.
